Project Detail
Social Housing — New Obour
About this project
The Social Housing project in New Obour City represents one of the largest single contracts in Opal's residential portfolio. Delivered for the New Urban Communities Authority across two adjacent quarters, the programme comprised 93 residential blocks in total — 46 at Quarter 14 and 47 at Quarter 15. Opal's vertically integrated supply chain, covering concrete production, structural works, and finishing, was the key enabler of delivering at this scale without compromising quality or schedule.
Technical Scope
46 blocks of flats at Quarter 14 + 47 blocks of flats at Quarter 15.
