Dar Misr Compound
About this project
Dar Misr Compound in Obour City was delivered across two construction stages for the New Urban Communities Authority — a national affordable-housing programme. Opal executed both phases, bringing 24 residential blocks from foundations to final handover. The project demonstrates Opal's capacity to sustain large-scale residential output across multi-year programmes without sacrificing quality or schedule consistency.
