Questions clients ask before engaging.
What types of projects does Opal take on?
Residential, commercial, religious, and infrastructure projects of varying scale — from single blocks to multi-hundred-unit compounds and national mosques. We handle structure, MEP, finishing, and site utilities end-to-end.
Do you work outside of Egypt?
Our primary market is the Arab Republic of Egypt. We occasionally participate in regional projects with strategic partners — reach out for specific inquiries.
What is your typical project timeline?
Timelines depend on scope. Residential blocks typically run 12–18 months; large compounds 24–36 months; landmark religious works 24–48 months. We commit to dates after a full planning pass.
How do you handle safety on site?
Every site has a dedicated HSE plan, daily toolbox talks, enforced PPE, and weekly client safety reporting. Opal maintains a zero-tolerance stance on unsafe practices.
Can I visit an active site?
Subject to client consent and HSE protocols, yes. We arrange guided visits with the project engineer when scheduling permits.
What information do I need to request a quote?
A brief describing scope, location, and timing is enough to start a conversation. Drawings, BOQ, or a design brief accelerate pricing — but are not required upfront.
