About this project
Residential Quarter R6 extends Opal's delivery inside the New Administrative Capital with 18 mid-rise residential blocks rising ground floor plus five repeated levels. The programme required repeatable structural delivery, disciplined façade coordination, and a consistent finishing standard across every block to meet Armed Forces Engineering Authority handover expectations.
