    Detailed BOQ, method statements, HSE plan, procurement schedule, and a realistic critical path.

  3. Mobilization

    Mobilize crews, equipment, and group-supplied materials — site setup with safety baked in.

  4. Execution

    Weekly client reporting, strict QA/QC checkpoints, and continuous coordination across MEP trades.

  5. Handover

    Commissioning, snag resolution, as-built documentation, and post-handover maintenance support.

    Concrete, steel, and finishing materials sourced with certificates on file. Substantial volume poured through our own Red Sea Ready Mix.

    Structured checkpoints at excavation, structure, MEP first-fix, and finishing — each signed off before the next gate opens.

  3. 03Occupational Safety

    Zero tolerance. Reported weekly.

    HSE plans, toolbox talks, and PPE enforcement are routine — not exceptional. Incident and near-miss reporting goes to the client every week.

  4. 04Schedule

    Dates we commit to are dates we hit.

    A dedicated planning team enforces the programme, with contingency buffers built in for long-lead items and climatic windows.
