About this project
Residential Quarter R2 forms part of the broader residential development within Egypt's New Administrative Capital. Commissioned by the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, Opal delivered 23 identical residential blocks to the Model 186 m² specification — each rising ground floor plus eleven repeated floors. The project required simultaneous multi-block coordination, rigorous structural quality control, and consistent finishing standards across all units to meet the Authority's handover requirements.
