About this project

NEST is Opal's flagship own-development project — a premium residential tower in The 6th Settlement, Cairo's premier address for high-end residential living. Unlike contracted projects delivered for government ministries, NEST is developed, designed, and delivered entirely by the Opal group under its real estate development arm. It demonstrates the group's capability not just as a contractor but as a developer with the conviction to stake its own capital on the quality of what it builds.
