Amr Naguib graduated from Ain Shams University in 2006 with a B.Com. His profile is rooted in business leadership across contracting, industry, and agricultural investment, with a focus on building durable institutions around quality and innovation.

Alongside chairing Opal General Contracting, he founded or leads four sister ventures spanning joinery, finishing contracting, ready-mix concrete, and purebred Arabian horses. Together they form a broader operating portfolio around the group.

At Opal, his role is strategic and hands-on in the right places: briefs reach his office, leadership decisions stay close to execution, and project delivery remains in the hands of Opal's engineering and site teams.
